Background Paraneoplastic cutaneous disorders (PCDs) or dermadromes are skin conditions that have an association with internal malignancies but are not themselves malignant. We report the first two cases of systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (s-ALCL) accompanied by erythroderma and multiple leg ulcers as PCDs.
