Abstract: We report a case of 1-year-old girl with congenital hypertrichosis terminalis treated using intense pulsed light for hair removal. Repeated sessions were performed every 3 weeks. Facial hair reduction was achieved after 12 sessions and body hair reduction after 15 sessions. Intense pulsed light resulted in 75% reduction of hair in congenital hypertrichosis terminalis.
